Hello From Saint-Malo Brittagne France, an incredibly beautiful place. The old part of the city where I am right now is walled like a castle, and you can walk along the walls or out to the sea. The old cathedral in the center of the old part of the city is dedicated to Saint-Malo. It has stained glass windows depicting the saint and sailers and of course religious scenes. When I walked through the gates this morning for the first time, it was like walking back in time. The city is realitively quiet with cobble stone streets like most cities in Brittagne, but there are not many moterests and it is safe to walk on the streets on foot. This is a port city like Roscoff north of St-Pol-de-Leon where I was a few days ago, and it is from here that I will take the boat to Portsmouth on the 12th. I have been enjoying sea food here! Last night I had sea food stew, and sea food salad. The residence I am in is very nice and has its own facilities so I have the option to cook meals or take a bath. Micah
