Hi from Bristol England - I arived here in Bristol this afternoon after a nice ride with a friend, and along the way we stopped at a Castle caleed Rhaglan in the South East of Wales.  On the 16th I went to a castle just west of Brecon called Carrig Cennen.  I had a nice time.  Looking forward to Spain in a few days.  I think Ill lewarn alot.  I am brining a good history book with me.  Bristol is a city that reminds me of Seattle with its young crowds, parks and tree lined roads.  The university here seems to attract alot of people.  I commited the cardinal sin of going to Borders and Starbucks today, but hey, I needed a good book.  Traveling is really opeining me up to a world very different from the cellular isolated life of rural America.  Thinings really areconnected and everything we do as consumers or even just the way we think and behave and treat eachother erally does impact the rest of the world.  And, we are all more alike than we are different regardless of where we come from or what we've been taught.  We all just want to be loved.  Some of us are just very afraid and confused, even our leaders and professionals.  Changes for the better are happening slowley but shurly and the time non-judgement and forgiveness has come.  The judgements we make of others are very dangerous, and even deadly.  Durring my time at the Ashram I processed alot.  The more I let go of trying to thinnk I know people the more real they become.  To know one is to know all.  Micah
