Today at 17:00 my ferrry laves Lerwick sailing to Aberdeen. The picture blow is of some chickens who befriended while I was waiting for the ferry to the Isle of Mousa. I went on a nature walk there and saw a ton of birds and seals. I saw Artic Skuas, Great Skuas, Artic Terns, Skags (cousins of Cormorants), and was hopping to see the Storm Petrols that night but not enough prople wanted to go so he trip was called off. I am almost finished reading a book by Magnus Magnusson aboubt the history of Scotland. Bye. - Micah

- Sometimes people ask me why I travel. Sometimes I ask myself the same question. The best answer I can give is that I am following my heart, but there are so many good reasons for me to travel. Traveling teaches me about myself for one thing. Gandhi said “a nation’s culture resides in the hearts and souls of its people”. When I learn about myself I am learning so much more. If I have learned one thing, I have learned that I am far from a perfect person. There is no such thing as a perfect person in my world. That doesn’t mean I’m not going to keep trying to be the best I can.
