Hi from Oviedo Spain, I have been here for a few days now. Oviedo is a big city surrounded by forrests and hills. For a city it is very clean and there are alot of nice parks. The people are friendly and the food is good and a faction of the price I would be paying in the UK. I had fish and omlet last night and pasta and fish before that. Oviedo is in the province of Austurias where there used to be alot of steel minning and durring the civil war the minners took up arms against Francos army. Ill be here a few more days before moving on.

- Sometimes people ask me why I travel. Sometimes I ask myself the same question. The best answer I can give is that I am following my heart, but there are so many good reasons for me to travel. Traveling teaches me about myself for one thing. Gandhi said “a nation’s culture resides in the hearts and souls of its people”. When I learn about myself I am learning so much more. If I have learned one thing, I have learned that I am far from a perfect person. There is no such thing as a perfect person in my world. That doesn’t mean I’m not going to keep trying to be the best I can.
